A little you time, a little solitude, a little stardust, and a plan that inspires Future You.

The Weekend Isn’t Just a Break. It’s a Portal.
You made it through another week of calendar juggling, meal planning, the mundane minutiae of the week, the anxiety of getting it all done, and stress snacking (Stacy’s Pita Chips, anyone? no? Just me then?).
Now what?
You could scroll. You could clean.
Or… you could enchant your weekend.
This is your gentle suggestion to step back, tune in, and recalibrate. To make space for solitude—not isolation, but sacred stillness. To breathe. To dream. To prepare for a week that actually supports you.
Step 1: Alone Time is Sacred
Even 15 minutes. Even in your car. You don’t need a retreat center. You just need a boundary. This weekend, carve out a little time to:
- Take a walk without your phone (if you must wear your watch, turn off the notifications)
- Read something magical (I’m currently reading “Grimoire Girl” by Hilarie Burton Morgan)
- Light a candle and stare at the wall (or a shell, or a crystal)
- Journal all the things, even the things that you wouldn’t say out loud.
- Go sit by a body of water and let the water reset your system (the ocean is my sacred spot).
Let your nervous system exhale. Let your magic rise.
Step 2: A Sunday Ritual for Realignment
Before the week rushes in, claim a few minutes to set your energy intentionally.
Here’s a simple Sunday ritual to try:
1. Light a candle or incense. Let it mark the shift between weekend and week-ahead.
2. Pull a card (tarot, oracle, or affirmation deck). Ask: What energy do I need to bring into this week?
3. Look at your calendar. What can go? What needs extra support? Where can you make space for joy? 4. Choose a Focus Feeling. Not what you want to do, but how you want to feel while doing it.
Write it at the top of your planner. Tape it to your mirror. Whisper it like a spell.
This Isn’t Just Planning. It’s Self-Tending.
You’re not being “extra.” You’re being in charge of your energy. You’re anchoring the magic before the madness. You deserve a week that feels as intentional as your rituals; a week that devotes time to the magic as well as the mundane.
