We know we need to. We’re constantly rushing, doing, accomplishing, finishing. On and on and on and on. But we know we need to slow down. It’s imperative to take some time to balance, focus,
Years ago, I started to experiment with meditation, and while I’m not an expert, I do know that when I take the time to meditate, it makes a huge difference. I tend to be a little anxious and a little “busy” – meditation helps me to slow down and focus. There are lots of different types of meditation and I thought I’d share some of them with you, here. It’s my hope that you’ll explore a little bit and find the right meditation for you. The great thing about it, is that it works for everyone. Yes, everyone. You can get as scientific or as “woo” as you like, as well as every flavor in between. Meditation is always a good thing and when I’m doing it regularly it makes a tremendous difference.
I have quite a few meditations on my computer, tablet, and phone. As well as an app to create exactly what I’m looking for. There are quite a few available, lots for free. Just search meditation in the app or google store. I’ve even started to record my own, which was the inspiration for this post, but while mine aren’t quite ready, here are a couple that I think you’ll enjoy. These are people that I know, that I can completely, whole heartedly recommend if you’d like to take this further.
